NPK 28:28:00 Fertilizers

NPK 28:28:00 Fertilizers

NPK 28:28:00 fertilizer is a crystal, granular fertilizer with the following most balanced combination: it contains 28% nitrogen (N), 28% phosphorus (P₂O₅) and contains no potassium (K₂O). It is a straight fertilizer that provides essential nutrients, nitrogen and phosphorus, to crops at critical growth stages.

Benefits

  • Micro-Minerals and Fast Lactation Supply
  • Having both nitrogen and phosphorus in equal ratios promotes vegetative and root development.
  • Improved Root Growth
  • Its high phosphorus levels encourage deep root growth, which is required for absorbing nutrients and water.
  • Enhanced Crop Yields
  • Nitrogen promotes photosynthesis and vegetative growth while phosphorus encourages flowering and fruit/seed development.
  • Favorable for Certain Soil Categories
  • Or in the case of low potassium requiring crops in soils that already have sufficient potassium content.
  • Boosts Early Crop Growth
  • Promotes rapid initial growth and increases the plant's tolerance to stress.

Uses

  • Field Crops
  • Ideal for crops like wheat, maize, rice and soybeans, particularly in early growth stages to establish healthy plants.
  • Vegetables and Fruits
  • Commonly used in horticulture, often for crops such as tomatoes, potatoes, and cucumbers, where nitrogen and phosphorus are important.
  • Soil Application
  • For maximum effectiveness, applied directly to the soil as a basal dose at early crop growth stages.
  • Mixing with Other Fertilizer
  • If the crop of soil condition requires potassium, can be blended with potassium-rich fertilizers.
  • Soil that is Rich in Potassium:
  • Cultivation in Especially well suited for regions with inherently sufficient amounts of potassium in soil.
